Can I extend or change my billing date?

We will always try our best to work with you in your time of need as long as it is within reason.

If there is a particular day of the month that you would like to permanently change your billing cycle to, we are able to do this with a simple phone call to our billing team. 

If you are looking for a payment extension it is imperative to give us a call to let us know right away to avoid any possible late fees that will come with not paying your bill on time. We don't mind extending your payment within the month your bill is due, but you must call us to do so. 

If payment arrangements are broken, accounts will be suspended right away, a $10 suspend/restore fee will be applied to the account & the service will remain suspended until the payment is made.
