Think of moving your service as placing a brand-new order. We need to qualify your new address & request our vendor to activate the service there.
So, just like placing a new order, this takes time. We need to allow the standard 5-7 business days for our vendor to activate the service & understand there is a fee for this request.
The fee is a standard rate of $49+tax, but unlike paying for this upfront like you would on a new order, this would be billed on your next invoice.
If you are planning to move, it is good to prepare for this ahead of time to be sure you have your service active for when you need. We can place a move any time up to 30 days in advance so please give us a call with as much notice as possible.
