Does the equipment come with warranty?

Brand new purchased Modems includes a 1-year manufactures warranty provided, Recertified/Refurbished purchased Modems includes a 90-day warranty provided by us. Rental equipment includes life-time warranty provided by GETUS Communications Ltd.

If the hardware falls within the purchase and/or rental period and is found deffective, please contact our Customer Service team for an exchange. Note. The Modem cannot appear as physically and/or water damaged.
