We will try our very best to accommodate the first installation date, although we ask for three dates in month/day/year format. We will communicate via email (please check spam folder). Note that a person of 18 years of age or older must be on-site during installation.
GETUS Installation Obligations to the End User (Initial Required)

GETUS Communications will provide internet service to the demarc location which connects our public network to your private network (home or business property). GETUS Communications is not responsible for additional wiring or service beyond the demarc location within private property. If the demarc location is outside the exterior of the home or business and/or there is no sync beyond, a contractor may need to be hired by the property owner to complete the sync. If you currently have TELUS or any other ADSL internet service, this sync would already be completed. In rare circumstances, contractors may need to be hired if you are living in a mobile home and / or there is a found wiring issue. GETUS will troubleshoot lines prior via 1.800.396.1023 ext.3. The client is to initial and agree to the installation obligation terms.
