The equipment will be shipped by our courier, Purolator, at no charge. Often arrives in as little as 2-3 days. A fixed equipment security deposit of $100 per address, regardless of the number of services, will be taken upfront upon sign up. This deposit is refundable upon returning all the equipment provided by GETUS.

Upon sign-up, a fixed equipment security deposit of $50 and $12 RTO per address will be collected upfront, regardless of the number of services. This deposit is fully refundable upon returning all the equipment provided by GETUS.

Equipment to be returned within 30-days of Cancellation or the value of Primary Vilo will be invoiced ($49) + fees and taxes. Lifetime Warranty included - excluding water/physical damage. The equipment will be shipped at no charge by our courier, Purolator. Often arrives in as little as 2-3 days. Vilo Mesh W-Fi allows a maximum of (8) Vilos per network - add additional Vilos as needed!
